If you use the Limlapp mobile application, certain information is collected to ensure that you are matched with Limlapp drivers and to ensure that your journey is carried out.
Users provide their information to Limlapp when they want to use the mobile application, forward their requests, suggestions and complaints to Limlapp or for other reasons. In this case, certain information of users such as name-surname, contact information, travel and payment information, request, suggestion and complaint information is collected.
Cookies are used in the Limlapp mobile application in order to track the movements of the users, to ensure that they perform their visits appropriately, to improve and develop the operation and content of the mobile application, to evaluate the usage statistically and to provide customized services to the users in line with their preferences and usage habits.

Limlapp uses the information it collects through the mobile application mainly for the following purposes:
To provide services to users through the mobile application,
To communicate with users, to finalize users' requests and complaints,
Carrying out financial and accounting processes related to payments,
To promote our services; executing advertising and campaign processes,
To improve/develop our products and services based on user feedback,
To customize our services according to users' preferences, usage habits and interests,
Identifying and fixing systemic problems in the mobile application; to carry out information security processes,

3. TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
The information you provide through the mobile application may be transferred to third parties in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes (for example, your information may need to be shared with the company providing the service in order to receive technical support service for the mobile application). In this context, your information may be shared with our business partners and suppliers that receive support within the scope of product/service supply. However, when we are requested to share your information in order to fulfill our legal obligations, your information may also be shared with authorized persons, institutions and organizations.

4. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Limlapp takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the systems, servers and databases where your information is stored against data security threats (cyber attack, hash, etc.).
Payment infrastructure is provided by MasterCard and BKM Express. Limlapp keeps the first six digits and the last two digits of the credit card in its systems. In order to match the user's existing MasterPass and BKM Express memberships and to enable them to use their cards in Limlapp as a payment tool, a membership inquiry is made in MasterPass and BKM Express with the mobile phone number registered with the application, and if the user has a membership, the user is informed and directed to add the relevant card.
The user accepts that all responsibility for the security, storage and keeping away from the information of third parties of the system access tools (username, password, etc.) used by Limlapp in order to benefit from the services offered through the mobile application belongs to him completely.

5. ACCURACY AND CURRENTITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
The accuracy and timeliness of the information provided by the users is the responsibility of the users. Your information must be transmitted to us in a truthful manner and updated in case of a change in your information. You can update the information you have shared with Limlapp at any time via the mobile application or by calling Limlapp customer service.
When you provide information to Limlapp on behalf of someone else, you undertake that this information is correct and that you have the right/authorization to share the information with Limlapp.
When the user requests that certain information not be used by Limlapp, he accepts that he may not be able to benefit partially or completely from some services.

6. REFERENCES TO THIRD PARTIES
The Limlapp mobile application may redirect to third-party links not operated by Limlapp. During your visit to any of the related links, you are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of the third party you are visiting. Limlapp is not responsible for the policies and practices of such third parties.

7. CHANGES TO THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND THIS POLICY
Limlapp reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the services, information, images and other elements offered through the mobile application without prior notice.
Limlapp reserves the right to make changes and updates on this Policy. It is the user's responsibility to follow the current version of the Policy.

8. RESPONSIBILITY
Limlapp is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and expenses that may arise as a result of any error, interruption, delay, virus, line and/or system malfunction that may occur during the use of the mobile application.
